Shopping on the web is fast and easy. However, it can also happen on a very strict and rigid system.  Once you’ve placed an order there is no turning back to make an adjustment, and payment is sometimes finalized even before the seller can verify an item is in stock. For a one-woman show with a lot of product, it is also very time consuming to set up and maintain.

Phone or email orders are more flexible, allowing our customers to order any items on the website including those items not priced such as bulk herbs, raw materials, and accessories. Phone and email orders also provide the opportunity to order items not found on these pages, or items with associated specials such as quantity discounts, practitioner discounts, customized formulas, consignment and seasonal items, and even workshops and events.

Here’s How the Moondrop System Works

  1. Email your order at any time. Request an order form or simply copy and paste the SKU and pricing information directly from moondropherbals.com into your message or email:Example –  Face-1.2SCRMask | 1.2 ounce Amber glass jar | $8.25
  2. Or, if talking to a real person makes you more comfortable, feel free to call us at (616) 735.1285 during open business hours to place your order and discuss your items and options with a living, breathing human.
  3. You will then receive an emailed invoice for your approval, allowing for additions, adjustments, and clarifications.
  4. When you’re happy with your order – Eazy Peazy – make payment by credit card, or ACH, directly through your emailed invoice.
  5. We’ll carefully package up your order and get it shipped via USPS as quickly as possible, which is usually within 3-4 business days.

Worried About Protecting Your Payment Data?

Our invoicing and payment processing is provided by WaveApps.com. Their processing service is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and is a PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider, and they have been providing secure payment processing since 2010.

How Do I Save on Shipping?

Spend $75.00 or more on product and we’ll discount your purchases 10% up to the cost of shipping charges. In other words, you’ll save 10% or shipping charges whichever parameter is met first.

Care & Keeping of Natural Products

Moondrop Herbals preparations are made without the use of synthetic preservatives whenever possible to provide the most natural, close to nature experience for you – the consumer.

Following these tips may prolong the life of your purchases.

  • Use clean, non-reactive applicators rather than fingertips in products to avoid bacterial growth in the container.
  • Keep caps tightly closed when not in use.
  • Keep products away from heat and light as much as possible.
  • Storing products in the refrigerator may prolong shelf life.  Please note, lipid (oil) based products may turn cloudy or even harden due to lower temperature and should return to normal at room temperature.

Return Policy

In general, defective items must be returned within 3 days for refund or exchange.  If you can’t get into the store please contact us as soon as possible.  We may request that you send photos.

Non-consumables

Unworn, undamaged and unopened items returned with receipt within 7 days of purchase will be refunded or exchanged for full price.  After seven days refund/exchange will be at the discretion of Moondrop Herbals or Consignor of the items and based on individual circumstances.

Consumables

Sorry, We Can’t Accept Returns on These Items:

  • Opened/seal broken essential oils,
  • Skin, bath, or comfort items
  • Tea, spice blends, herbs, chocolate, coffee, and all bulk items.
  • Exception – unopened and sealed teas, coffee, and essential oils can be returned with receipt within 7 days for a full refund.

After seven days refund/exchange will be at the discretion of Moondrop Herbals and will generally have to be denied as consumable items can’t be resold even when still sealed. As a small business owner, please understand that time and materials are a substantial cost to my business.

In Most Cases: Shipping cost will remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
