In this workshop, we will talk about and practice ways to bring more depth, meaning, and magic into your lives through creativity and art making. This workshop will focus particularly on using simple collaging techniques combined with imaginal dialoguing to meaningfully engage the unconscious. The methods used are akin to Carl Jung’s practice of active imagination. This practice uses meditation and creativity to encourage aspects of the unconscious to arise, to engage these aspects once they have arisen, and finally to reflect upon and make meaning of this engagement. If you’ve ever been interested or curious about expressive arts therapy, this workshop is a wonderful opportunity to learn more. All supplies will be provided and no experience is necessary. All you need is an open mind, a willingness to try, and a little bit of kindness. You can buy tickets at Moondrop Herbals or contact me directly. There are only 6 spots available for this workshop. If you have any questions, please contact me at [email protected] or via facebook. I hope to see you there!
