Join us for an evening of tasseomancy, treats, shopping + mischievous and magical crafting, as we sip, laugh, and collectively channel our frustrations into something positive and powerful. Think cozy vibes with a subversive twist, and just enough playful “hexing” to make it memorable. All of this is taking place during the New Moon in Libra. Let’s help move the scales of justice in the right direction!

We’ll begin with a crunchy little ‘breakroom therapy session’, providing a safe environment for you to decompress by physically releasing emotions, (a little) rage, and anxiety.  This will clear out what holds us in a stagnant pattern of inertia, and allows for receiving the positive energy that brings future possibilities.  There will also be time for discounted retail therapy both before, during, and after the event.

Suzie will lead a Journal making activity, giving you the space to safely express your feelings, intentions, and reflections on the future you would like to manifest, for yourself and/or this beautiful blue planet.

Feel free to bring stickers, magazine snippets, or anything you would like to include in your creation, this might include:

• Small objects such as charms, sigils, notes, stickers and cutouts.
• A list of meaningful-to-you words and phrases, along with your intentions to “hex”, (purely symbolic, wink-wink), and your vision to make the Earth a better, healthier place for all.
• No prior hexing experience required—just a sense of humor and a willingness to unwind in good company.

Last, but oh-so-not-least, we will explore Tasseomancy, which is the fascinating art of tea leaf reading. Gayle will read the energy in the cup and interpret the symbols for your curiosity, to gather insights, and delightful aha moments. You will have a private one-on-one reading with Gayle.  Tasseomancy is similar to the reading of cards, yet with a bit more creativity and novelty than traditional card reading.  About reading leaves in a cup of spent tea, Gayle states: ‘You are the director of energy that flows into the cup of tea. It is the combination of intention, curiosity, and movement that settles the leaves into patterns and shapes that are left in the cup after the liquid is gone’.

Moondrop Herbals will close to the public at 4:00 pm. As we finish setting up, guests will enjoy 15% off storewide. We will begin at approximately 4:30pm.

Cancellations

Cancellations prior to August 30th will receive a full refund, cancellations after this date can’t be guaranteed – although we will do our best to fill your spot(s) and issue you a refund or credit.  If for any reason we need to cancel this event, your payment will be refunded/credited in full.
