For Stress & Anxiety
In this hands-on class you will learn the basics of blending essential oils for inhalation and topical use – and also tips for blending herbal teas. We will discuss 10 essential oils and 10 herbs to help manage everyday stress and acute anxiety. Handouts will include information you can use as guidelines for blending herbs and teas at home. You will leave with your personal sample blends as well as A package of Cottage Herbal Tea to nourish and soothe your nerves, and an Aromatherapy pulse point roll on blend to help instantly relieve some of the symptoms of stress and anxiety.
