Water rules emotions, relationships, healing, sleep, dreams, psychic ability, and purification.

It rules the tides, the womb, and fertility. The element of water has magnetic properties; it nurtures and sustains life

Face West at Twilight during the waning moon. Place yourself near water – a bowl of mineral or salted water is fine if you can’t be by a natural source. If you wish, play your favorite background/mediation music at low volume.

Begin with your own ritual prayer and greeting to invite the quarters, deities, & relations to bless your space and bear witness to your ceremony.

Meditate on your pure energy, your vibration. This is Shakti. Shakti is potential.

Let your emotions BE – what are they? Embrace them – they are real.

Go deeper, What is the source (well) of these emotions?

Water holds memory. Listen and you will hear. Honor and accept your emotions and visualize the tools or keys necessary to facilitate change and adaptation.

When you have knowledge of the keys that will allow you to move forward, envision yourself flowing away from any negative feelings, creating space for expansion and positive emotions to take up residence as the cycle of life continues.
